If you are in immediate danger, please call 9-1-1 or go to your local emergency room right away. If you are in crisis and a resident of Connecticut and would benefit from talking to someone by phone, please call 2-1-1. There are mobile crisis teams available for both children and adults. If you are a resident of Maine and in crisis you can reach the crisis line by dialing 888-568-1112 and letting the dispatcher know it is a mental health crisis.
